Northern Lakes is one of 10 local pageant organizations that make up the Lake County Illinois State Pageant System (LCIS). Serving communities throughout Lake County that do not currently have an active town pageant, Northern Lakes provides contestants with the opportunity to participate in a local program while becoming part of a larger countywide network of titleholders, leaders, and changemakers. 

As the county-level pageant organization, LCIS has empowered women since 2016, rooted in philanthropy, community service, leadership and personal development. LCIS offers opportunities for our town pageant systems to expand their network, further develop their leadership skills and offer our queens the opportunity to compete at their county pageant.
