Redefining Pageantry

Our mission is to empower young women to become confident, compassionate, poised and community driven leaders through the vast opportunities of pageantry. We provide a long-lasting platform and sisterhood for participants to make real and lasting impact by leading their own community driven initiatives alongside participating in others'. Facilitating a legacy of young women who are capable of engaging in meaningful volunteer work and developing their voices for causes they are passionate about.

Beyond service, by participating in the Northern Lakes Pageant, which is an affiliate of the Lake County Illinois State Pageant System, you are unlocking a legacy of sisterhood which is everlasting and lasts beyond the short year with the crown. The Northern Lakes Pageant fosters a vibrant community of sister queens from ten neighboring towns in Lake County which participate in LCIS, alongside creating forever bonds with their own sister Northern Lakes Queens. As a member of the Northern Lakes Pageant family, you'll be surrounded by inspiring like-minded women who share a passion for community involvement, personal growth and making a difference. Participants will gain valuable opportunities to network and build friendships which will facilitate their own growth personally and professionally.

Personal development is at the forefront of the Northern Lakes Pageant, encouraging each young woman to step out of their comfort zones to explore new interests and strengthen their character. Overall, our program nurtures a sense of confidence, leadership, and purpose. Thus, equipping our queens with the tools to not only shine on stage, in every aspect of their personal and professional lives.
